accountable. We've set out exactly what you can expect, so you can be
sure that your service is first class.
We will adhere to the following 14 point guidelines:
- External inspection of your car, at which your presence would
be welcome
- Establish your transport requirements while your vehicle is with us
- Confirm with you the work that needs to be done
- Offer you a single price estimate in advance of any work undertaken
- Offer you a choice of suitable engine oil
- Ask you to sign the job card or estimate to ensure you agree with the
work and estimated cost
- Undertake a service schedule specifically designed for your vehicle
- Inform you of any additional work that may be needed, provide you with
an estimate and wait for you to authorise the work before proceeding
- Keep your car protected with covers in the workshop
- Point out any items that may need replacing in the near future
- Quality inspect your car to ensure the service work has been completed
to the required standard
- Sign your service book confirming the service work has been completed
to the required standard
- Explain your invoice in detail
- Return your vehicle washed and cleaned, inside and out.
